Gear Magnetic Drive

Gear pumps utilize rotary motion between two gears, normally one driving gear and one idler gear, to dispense thin and medium viscosity fluids. Among positive displacement pump types, gear pumps are economical, long life, and can withstand a very wide temperature range. Ober-Read provides gear pumps from Fluid-O-Tech, Iwaki America and our own in-house LA-1021 series pump to cover different performance and material combinations to handle almost any small OEM gear pump application. Learn more…

Metering

Iwaki America manufactures several metering pump series to handle requirements from very low-pressure accurate chemical dispensing, to full industrial metering requirements. Learn more…

Microbubble

The Nikuni KTM is a modified version of our standard Regenerative Turbine pumps that is specifically designed for use in Dissolved Air Floatation systems in Wastewater Treatment. By adding an air nozzle in one inlet port, and controlling the inlet effluent and air flow properly, the pump will internally mix the air and water, generating microbubbles from 4-18 micron, with most in the 6-11 micron range. Learn more…

PD Lobe Blowers

Gardner Denver manufactures Positive Displacement rotary lobe blowers for many OEM applications. All models can be configured for vertical or horizontal air flow. Gas versions of most models, with special seals for handling corrosive gases, are also available. Learn more…

Piston

The Iwaki America Hicera line is a compact dosing pump that employs a fine ceramic plunger, actuated off a cam angle to the motor, that draws in and then expels liquid accurately during each rotation of the motor. These pumps are made from inert metal, ceramic and plastic components, are highly repeatable, and offer up to 40,000 hours of life. Learn more…

Regenerative Turbine

Regenerative Turbine pumps are tight tolerance pumps with an impeller that generates a higher head performance than comparably sized centrifugal pumps. Learn more…

Regenerative Turbine Magnetic Drive

Regenerative Turbine pumps utilize a close tolerance impeller with many small vanes, in place of a traditional centrifugal impeller, that delivers flow on the periphery of the pump housing. This design provides a steeper head/flow curve than a centrifugal pump. For thin fluids, this can provide a lower cost alternative to a positive displacement gear or diaphragm pump, and is also more tolerant of high temperature. Ober-Read offers three series of Mag-Drive Regerative turbine pumps. Learn more…

Syringe

Iwaki-America manufactures non-metallic positive displacement syringe pumps, for precisely dispensing micro-liter liquid volumes for OEM applications. Because of their compact size, availability in DC power, and chemically inert materials of construction, these pumps can be an option for OEM applications such as In-Vitro Diagnostic Devices, Biochemical Analyzers, Dispensing and Aspiration units, and equipment to make LCD Panels. Learn more…

Tubing

Fluid-O-Tech manufactures a series of small tubing pumps for OEM application. Howe pumps are inherently seal-less, with only the hose material contacting the fluid. Learn more…

Vane

Fluid-O-Tech vane pumps are a low-cost option for many OEM projects. They are offered in mechanically-sealed and magnetically-coupled versions, with both AC and DC motor drives. A vane pump uses a rotor with sliding carbon graphite vanes inside an eccentric rotor. The changing eccentricity creates a fluid path that uses the sliding action of the vanes from centrifugal force, to draw in and then expel the fluid under pressure. Learn more…
