AERATION BLOWERS
Gardner Denver Sutorbilt and Duroflow blowers are the recognized leader in terms of reliability. New Cycloblower HE series screw-type blowers offer increased pressure and vacuum capability, and lower noise level, while delivering greater power efficiency, up to 20% better than our standard models.
Gardner Denver blowers are used in all types of aeration applications at waste treatment plants, including:

DISSOLVED AIR FLOATATION PUMPS
Nikuni KTM Series microbubble generators are new technology in wastewater treatment. Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF), which is often used in wastewater applications, mixes micron sized air bubbles into a treatment tank to effectively coalesce and float tiny particles to the top of the tank, where they can be skimmed away. DAF is not a new technology, but the Nikuni KTM Microbubble Generator draws in the air and mixes it within the pump, avoiding having to use a compressor and mixing tank, simplifying the water treatment system, and saving on installed cost and energy cost.

WASTEWATER CHEMICAL FEED AND TRANSFER PUMPS
Wanner HydraCell diaphragm pumps are heavy duty high pressure pumps with ability to handle slurries and aggressive and corrosive chemicals. These pumps come in Iron, Bronze, 316SS, Hastelloy, Polypropylene and Kynar, with valve and seat construction for virtually any possible chemical. For wastewater treatment, they are used in a wide range of processes, including:

The HydraCell pump design is dry run and starved suction capable, and has no seals or possible leak paths in the pumped stream.
METERING AND DOSING OF WASTEWATER CHEMICALS
Iwaki America offers two series of Metering pumps for injection chemicals into waste treatment systems. The LK Series is a low cost, manually-adjustable high-pressure metering pump, and the IXB series is an externally controlled ‘smart’ technology pump. Both are offered with a wide range of chemically resistant metal and composite materials for virtually any waste treatment chemistry required.
