AERATION BLOWERS
Gardner Denver Sutorbilt blowers are the recognized leader in soil-vapor recovery systems for industrial sites, gas stations and other hazard cleanup sites. New Q Series Sutorbilt Legend series blowers offer the same performance as traditional Sutorbilt units, in a drop-in fit, with reduced noise output. For the ultimate in noise reduction, Heliflow twisted lobe blowers are available for 4-6 inch lobe size applications in place of the Legend series.
SELF-PRIMING PUMPS FOR DEWATERING
Price Pump Self Priming SP Series pumps can lift liquids up to 20 feet above the water level, and are more compact than most other brand self-priming pumps, making them an option for a packaged OEM surface water treatment system. SP150 pumps are available in cast iron for water applications, and in 316SS for water with corrosive chemicals.
DISSOLVED AIR FLOATATION PUMPS
Nikuni KTM Series microbubble generators are new technology in wastewater treatment. Dissolved Air Floatation (DAF), which is often used in wastewater applications, mixes micron sized air bubbles into a treatment tank to effectively coalesce and float tiny particles to the top of the tank, where they can be skimmed away. DAF is not a new technology, but the Nikuni KTM Microbubble Generator draws in the air and mixes it within the pump, avoiding having to use a compressor and mixing tank, simplifying the water treatment system, and saving on installed cost and energy cost.

WASTEWATER CHEMICAL FEED PUMPS
Iwaki America MD, WMD, and MX series are seal-less, composite centrifugal pumps that are offered with material combinations for chemicals used in waste treatment packaged systems, among them Hydrochloric Acid, Sulfuric Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite, Caustic Soda, Ferric Chloride and many other common treatment chemicals. These pumps are compact, close coupled, and simply outlast other brands of all plastic pumps. Our Teflon ‘F’ series construction handles the most aggressive fluids and sets Iwaki apart from other producers of small mag drive pumps.
